Building Resources Inc. (BRI) offers text messaging for construction and service coordination, including subcontractor dispatch, scheduling, service calls, site access, arrival confirmations, project updates, and work completion or photograph requests. These messages are not marketing.

Your choice

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or working with BRI. Use the form below to select Yes or No. Neither choice is selected for you. Only the individual who controls the mobile number may consent; please do not submit for another person.

A Yes response authorizes only the project or service purposes you identify. A No response is not consent and must be honored. You may choose telephone or email communication instead. Review our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions before making your choice.

How consent is documented

BRI retains the submitted name, mobile number, project or service scope, Yes or No response, and submission date and time. BRI reviews the record and verifies the recipient and number before sending texts. Submitting this form does not immediately activate messaging. Existing contacts and numbers supplied by a manager or other third party are not automatically enrolled.

Telephone or email consent

BRI may also request permission by telephone or email before sending a text. BRI explains the sender, specific project or service purpose, frequency, possible charges, STOP and HELP, and where to read these policies, then asks for an affirmative answer. Written permission is retained in the email record. For verbal permission, BRI records a dated note identifying the recipient, number, disclosed scope, affirmative answer, and the staff member obtaining consent; recording the conversation is not required.

Example consent request: "May Building Resources Inc. send you operational SMS/MMS at your number about this project or service request, including scheduling and work updates? Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional. Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms are linked on this page. Do you agree?"
