Effective October 14, 2026
Building Resources Inc. ("BRI") provides optional operational text messaging for construction and service work. By affirmatively agreeing to receive these messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Messages may include subcontractor dispatch and work assignments, availability requests, service-call coordination, scheduling and arrival confirmations, site access, project updates, work-status questions, and requests for completion information or photographs. Messages relate to the project or service purposes disclosed when you consent. BRI does not use this program for marketing, advertisements, promotional offers, or purchased contact lists.
You must personally agree to receive BRI operational texts at the number you provide and be authorized to use that number. Consent may be collected through our SMS Consent form, your affirmative written response to a BRI consent request, or your express verbal permission after BRI explains the program and records that permission. We document the number, date, method, affirmative response, and relevant project or service scope. A phone call does not need to be recorded to document your choice.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or working with BRI. You can request telephone or email communication instead. Providing a phone number, submitting a work request, signing a general service agreement, or being a BRI contact does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts. A manager or other person cannot provide consent on your behalf. Consent to one project or service purpose does not authorize unrelated messages.
Message frequency varies with your active project or service activity. You may receive several messages while scheduling or completing a job. There is no fixed daily or monthly schedule. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received, including photographs, according to your mobile carrier plan. BRI does not charge a separate fee to join this messaging program. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to the number sending BRI messages to withdraw consent. You may also request that texts stop by contacting BRI at 209-345-9322 or evan@buildingresourcesinc.com. We honor your opt-out and stop further operational texts to that number. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. To resume messages, you must provide fresh affirmative consent, which BRI verifies before sending again. Opting out of texts does not cancel a work order or contract; coordinate by telephone or email instead.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Building Resources Inc. at 209-345-9322 or evan@buildingresourcesinc.com. Identify the relevant project or service request so we can help. This program is not an emergency service; call 911 for an emergency.
See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and SMS consent. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to another sender.
Do not send passwords, payment information, medical information, confidential documents, or other sensitive personal information by SMS/MMS. Send only photographs and information you are authorized to share for the relevant work. Tell BRI if your number changes or you no longer control it.
Messages depend on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BRI may modify or discontinue the program and update these terms by posting a new effective date. An update does not create consent or expand the purposes of your existing consent. These terms govern text messaging and do not replace your construction or service contract.
